Bruschetta

My best friend growing up made this while we were visiting last Fall and it was fabulous. I had to have the recipe! So delicious and fresh and easy to make. She got it from a friend who got it from a friend- not sure of the origin of the recipe. . .


Bruschetta


5-6 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped

¾ can chopped black olives

½ cup feta cheese

¼ cup chopped green onion

¼ cup chopped fresh basil

2-3 cloves garlic, diced

1-2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce

salt and pepper to taste


Just mix it all together and chill. Serve it on French bread sliced thin, brushed with olive oil and broiled.
