Crepes:
Filling:
- bacon in large crumbles
- spinach/ lettuce mix (spring mix) tossed with:
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced white part of green onion
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
Salt and Pepper to taste
- tomatoes chopped (cherry/grape tomatoes would be particularly lovely)
- asparagus cooked to liking and chopped in segments
Mix together:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoons butter, softened
1 ounce gorgonzola cheese
